Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health pandemic, the Roberto Clemente
Charter School Board of Trustees will convene virtually.
The meeting will be streamed live at this link.
No registration is needed to stream the meeting.
This meeting will be virtual. Members of the public can register to speak
at the meeting by using this link.
After registering, an email containing information on joining the meeting will be sent to the registrant by 5 pm on the day of the meeting. The meeting link is unique to the upcoming meeting, personalized to the registrant and sharing the link is strictly prohibited.
Once registered, participants will be able to use the “raise hand” feature to address the Board on agenda items when announced by the Board prior to all presentation, discussion, and/or action items.
Participants wishing to address the board on non-agenda items must wait until the public input portion of the meeting per the agenda. The designated time will be announced by the Board.
The meeting host will un-mute public participants one-at-a-time to permit their comments. The public participant should first state their full name and address of residence followed by their comment. Participants have three (3) minutes to speak. Individuals can be re-muted after a comment or if in violation of Board Policy limits on content and/or duration.
The following commands can be entered via DTMF tones using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:
*6 - Toggle mute / un-mute
*9 - Raise hand
